This project is from a kit I bought at Disney World and features Mickey Mouse walking side by side with Walt Disney toward Cinderella’s castle. It’s very pretty and quite intricate. The finished size will be over 58,000 stitches and 15.75”w x 19”h (unframed). The project uses over 100 colors—many of which involve “tweeding” (blending two or more thread colors together in the needle)—as well as metallic filament and glass seed beads. In addition to regular cross stitches, this project also contains many specialty stitches (e.g. French knots, backstitches, half stitches, and tassels), all of which will combine to create a truly stunning piece!
